Summary

This course was created to help learners use their email and time more efficiently while working on multiple projects. There is a step-by-step guide to setting up their folders, example topics, and real life testimonials. By the conclusion, the employees should feel confident to do the knowledge check and use folders for their emails in their daily work lives.

Challenge

Learners who are new to Microsoft Outlook may not know the many additional features of the program. This can cause them to waste time and energy trying to sort through large numbers or emails in their inbox.

Solution

I created this to be an easy to use tool and resource for learners to better manage their inbox and multiple projects at the same time. The easy to use step-by-step instructions make using this tool accessible to all types of learners.

Result

Learners will be able to create and use the folders for their inbox immediately after completing the course. This will give them the opportunity to work more efficiently and keep their inbox organized while working on multiple projects.
